The Opportunity: Founding Account Executive
Creatify is building a world-class team. As a Founding Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping us serve more businesses by converting inbound leads, making outreaches, and closing deals. You will be responsible for building the sales playbook, including processes for inbound, outbound, closing, and account management.
This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundations of an industry-leading sales team for a company in hyper-growth. If you excel and have the fundamental ability, you’ll be on a path to run Creatify’s entire sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver your quota in a full-cycle role: from prospecting to close.
Run both inbound and outbound sales processes.
Collaborate with company leadership to build and evolve our GTM strategy.
Manage all conversations from intro call through demo, negotiations, and close.
Travel and represent Creatify AI at national and regional industry conferences as needed.
Requirements
High energy and high agency.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Superb verbal and written communication skills with clients and internally.
The drive to take ownership of the role—from booking intros to complex solution building to closing deals.
Resilience: sales isn’t easy. You have the grit to close difficult leads and the energy to improve processes if they aren’t working.
Metrics-driven: you’re obsessed with your numbers. You focus on what works and avoid fluff.
Empathy: you care about customers’ struggles and want to help. You ask good questions, listen carefully, and build trust.
Strong understanding of sales theory and the ability to transition between different techniques based on customer type and objection.
Organized: you can stay on top of a complex pipeline of interested leads.
Nice to Have
Experience in the advertising industry, especially in an e-commerce/retail vertical.
Sharp copywriting skills, recognizing true value propositions and how to phrase them.
Knowledge and interest in performance marketing to contribute improvements across the marketing funnel.
