We are a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the AI-driven video solutions space. As we scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the people strategy of a high-growth startup, working closely with leadership and teams across the organization. As our first HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing people strategies that align with our business goals. You will partner with leadership and managers to drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can balance the needs of a growing startup with the ability to implement scalable HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and compliance with company policies.
Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences based on feedback and best practices.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Employee Experience & Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Coach managers on effective performance management and employee development practices.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Build and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Manage HR systems and tools to ensure efficient HR operations.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Organizational Development:
Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and design strategies for scaling the business.
Lead initiatives around workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of HR experience
Proven experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven companies is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
Hands-on and resourceful, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll software).
