About This Role
We’re seeking a world-class Creative Director to lead the development of high-performing video ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive measurable results. This role is not about brand guidelines for the sake of brand guidelines—it’s about crafting compelling, conversion-focused storytelling that performs across paid social channels.
Reporting directly to Head of Creatives, you’ll own the creative vision for performance video ads—working hands-on to ideate, script, direct (including actors and talent), and oversee production for campaigns that scale. You’ll collaborate closely with marketers, media buyers, and analysts to ensure every creative decision is backed by performance data.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Lead the creative strategy, concepting, and execution of performance-first video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Direct on-set or remote shoots, including working with actors, influencers, and UGC creators to achieve authentic, high-impact storytelling.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and editors to deliver scroll-stopping creatives at high volume and speed.
Use performance data to inform creative iterations, continually refining hooks, storytelling structures, and visual styles to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Research and reverse-engineer top-performing ad formats—setting a new bar for creative excellence in the industry.
Build scalable creative systems and frameworks that enable rapid testing and refreshes.
Stay ahead of trends in short-form video, UGC, meme culture, and platform algorithms to keep creatives culturally relevant and algorithm-friendly.
Leverage Creatify’s AI creative tools and avatars to boost output without sacrificing quality.
✅ You Are
5+ years of experience in creative direction, video production, or performance marketing—preferably in paid social advertising.
Proven track record of producing high-converting video ads, with hands-on directing experience (actors, influencers, or UGC talent).
Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices and why certain creative choices perform better on TikTok vs Meta vs YouTube.
Equally comfortable thinking big-picture and getting hands-on with scripts, storyboards, and edits.
Data-driven creative: you care as much about ROAS and CTR as you do about camera angles and lighting.
Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) and familiar with AI-powered creative tools.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume testing environment.
Bonus: experience scaling creatives internationally or in multiple languages.
