About this role

We’re seeking a world-class Creative Director who lives and breathes social-first advertising. Your mission is to craft ad creatives that don’t just look good; they perform, convert, and set new benchmarks across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

Reporting directly to the Head of Creatives, you will own the creative vision for performance video ads. This role goes beyond static brand guidelines. You will combine sharp creative instincts with data-backed insights, trend fluency, and audience-first storytelling. From turning viral social media trends into scalable ad formats to transforming inspiration and references into workable creative templates using design and AI tools, you will lead and oversee the entire creative process from concept through production to final delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy and production of performance-first ad creatives across all major social platforms.

  • Oversee production from pre-production planning through post-production delivery, ensuring every creative aligns with performance goals.

  • Track, analyze, and translate social trends into concepts and scalable template systems adaptable across brands.

  • Turn inspiration, references, and market research into actionable creative templates that the design team can iterate on quickly.

  • Script and shape messaging with a firm grasp of tone of voice that resonates with key target audiences.

  • Direct shoots (on-set, remote, or AI-driven), working with actors, influencers, UGC creators, and AI video production tools to deliver authentic, high-impact content.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and editors to deliver scroll-stopping creatives at scale and speed.

  • Use performance data to guide creative iterations, identifying what drives performance and underperformance and making sharp adjustments to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

  • Build scalable creative frameworks that allow rapid testing, adaptation, and refresh cycles.

  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools and avatars, including Creatify’s platform and other emerging technologies like Veo3, Runway ML, Kling, and Flux, to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.

You Are

  • 5+ years in creative direction, video production, or performance marketing, with a focus on paid social advertising.

  • Proven experience producing high-converting video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

  • Expert at spotting trends, adapting them into usable ad formats, and systemizing them into templates for broader use.

  • Comfortable turning inspiration and references into structured, repeatable creative systems using design and AI tools.

  • Skilled in scriptwriting and storytelling, with a clear sense of audience tone of voice.

  • Possess a keen creative eye and instincts for what makes an ad succeed or fail, and how to adjust.

  • Experienced in overseeing the full production lifecycle, from concept to post-production delivery.

  • Strong understanding of AI creative workflows (Veo3, Runway ML, Kling, Flux, etc.), and how to apply them in performance-driven advertising.

  • Data-driven, caring about performance metrics as much as you do about visual craft.

  • Proficient in editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) and open to experimenting with AI-powered creative workflows.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume testing environments, where speed and adaptability are essential.

  • Bonus: experience scaling ad creatives internationally or in multiple languages, with examples of campaigns that achieved viral-level performance.
