The First Bite Activate team helps our customers launch highly personalized sales and marketing campaigns using target lists crafted by the First Bite database and workflow tools. The Account Representative will work closely with the Account Management team across a variety of tasks to activate the First Bite Platform for our clients.

This U.S. based, full-time position offers the above base salary range + equity + benefits + bonus for sales incentive plan roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Duties and skills of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Use our proprietary software and data, find ideal targets and white space for our clients, and keep up-to-date records.
- Consult with clients on targeting strategies based on their unique market position and product-market-fit.
- Write and execute highly personalized B2B campaigns for clients.
- Follow campaign roadmaps, monitor timelines, execute outreach campaigns via email, social media, phone and more.
- Cold-call and pitch products on behalf of clients.
- Test cold sales outreach techniques and elaborating on best practices with learnings.
- Report on results of campaigns, writing summaries and providing data rich performance analysis.
- Proofread blurbs, copy and messaging language for correct grammar and persuasiveness.
- Perform data quality control, review lists for imperfections, errors and erroneous information.
- Communicate and collaborate with Account Managers, managing tasks in slack and G-Suite.
- Provide feedback to the internal team for product improvement ideas and any bugs encountered.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and campaign execution.
- Hospitality mindset: we are hands-on with our customers and willing to help them break through any barrier, inside our platform, or not, to get up and running and start attributing new revenue to First Bite.
- Ability to learn new software tools.
- Experience with full Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs.)
- Full knowledge of all main social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin.)
- Experience in the foodservice industry: Prior experience working in or selling to the foodservice industry is preferred.
- Sales and marketing experience: Proven ability to design and execute sales campaigns via email and over the phone, particularly in a B2B environment.
- 4 year degree and/or 4 years of work experience in sales, account management, marketing, communications or CPG.
