We are looking for a Revenue Operations Leader who will be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—streamlining operations, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams to enable scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize scalable systems and processes across our revenue funnel (from lead to renewal)
Own the tech stack for GTM teams (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.), ensuring tools are integrated and leveraged effectively
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to drive data-driven decisions
Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer journey; recommend improvements and automation where possible
Partner with leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across teams
Support compensation plan design, territory planning, and quota setting
Lead cross-functional projects to support GTM strategy, including launching new markets, segments, or playbooks
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related roles (experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus)
Strong experience with Salesforce.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and high-growth environment
English proficiency (you’ll be working with international stakeholders)
Nice to Have
Experience with sales enablement, customer success operations, or marketing ops
Familiarity with revenue forecasting and pipeline management
Previous work in a startup or scaleup environment
