At Salesforce, our Product Marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver ground-breaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Product Marketing Manager to own seller enablement programs for Service Cloud. With thousands of sellers and an expansive, rapidly-changing product portfolio it’s more critical than ever that we create resources, processes, and offers that drive deals forward.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategy and plans for scaled Service Cloud enablement, taking into consideration the needs of different seller types (Account Executives, Business Development Reps, Solution Engineers, etc.)
  • Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
  • Oversee Service Cloud’s library of seller assets, performing quarterly audits to identify and fill gaps
  • Draft and send compelling seller communications both via email and Slack
  • Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train sales teams, and drive always-on sales plays and programs.
  • Where relevant, use AI to build internal tools and automate workflows that assist sellers at every stage of the deal cycle
  • Coordinate live enablement sessions, both in-person and virtual

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve processes
  • Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams is a plus
  • Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
