About the team

The Salesforce Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing brings our brand to life through campaigns, digital experiences, and events such as Dreamforce. We are designers, storytellers, strategists, producers, and marketers who partner with teams across Salesforce to connect creative work to business priorities. Together, we build a distinctive, consistent brand and tell stories that resonate with our customers.

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer in our Mexico City Design Production Studio, you will combine strong design craft, conceptual thinking, and understanding of production to create work across digital, print, and experiential channels. Working closely with the Studio Manager and project managers, you will translate requests from HQ and internal partners into thoughtful creative, taking projects from brief and concept through final delivery.

Your work will span ad hoc design requests, integrated campaigns, product launches, and event experiences. You will bring a brand design perspective to each assignment, connecting the audience, message, and business objective to the visual solution. You will also help develop the toolkits and design systems that enable consistent, high-quality work across our global creative team.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Studio Manager, project managers, and requestors to clarify briefs, audiences, deliverables, and timelines. Ask thoughtful questions and build an understanding of our internal partners and customers.
  • Embed with creative teams across Global Brand & Creative, including Brand Design, Campaigns, Events, and Internal Brand, to work on dedicated projects as an integrated member of the team for the duration of each project.
  • Concept, design, and deliver creative across digital banners, e-books, email, social campaigns, webpages, presentations, print materials, and events, including Dreamforce.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear visual storytelling. Explore new creative directions while maintaining a recognizable connection to the Salesforce brand.
  • Develop and evolve design toolkits, templates, and brand guidelines with the broader creative team, helping teams apply the brand consistently across channels.
  • Own the design and execution of multiple projects, partnering with project management to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain quality through final production.
  • Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind design decisions to creative partners, stakeholders, and leadership. Give constructive feedback, respond openly to direction, and incorporate revisions accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, production, and external partners across locations and time zones. Communicate progress clearly and work effectively both independently and asynchronously.
  • Apply a meticulous eye for typography, layout, imagery, and consistency. Review final assets for accuracy and production requirements before delivery.
  • Explore emerging design practices and tools, including AI-assisted creative development and content creation, to strengthen storytelling and improve workflows. Share useful techniques and contribute to better creative processes.

What experience you have

  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, advertising, or corporate marketing, with experience taking work from concept through production.
  • A compelling portfolio of original work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, brand and visual design, and strong execution across digital and print. Integrated campaign and event work should show how you create cohesive experiences across touchpoints.
  • Strong design fundamentals, especially typography, layout, composition, and attention to detail, along with an understanding of digital and print production.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to present ideas, discuss design decisions, and collaborate effectively in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Google Workspace, plus experience using AI-powered tools for creative exploration, content development, or workflow improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to organize complex feedback and translate it into clear revisions.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and use tools such as Slack to collaborate across time zones.
  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
